Our company offers a full-text search system that allows for searching internal documents. We utilize the open-source software Fess for full-text search. Fess has the following features: - Data collection from the web and full-text search of that data - Document data collection from file servers and full-text search of that data - Data collection and full-text search from data stores (such as CSV, RDBMS, OpenSearch, etc.) Fess also includes OCR functionality, enabling the search of text images contained in PNG and PDF (image) files. This allows for the search of scanned paper documents, promoting a paperless environment while also improving operational efficiency.
